Lovely building and rooms with an outstanding bed. Convenient location, within a close distance from Latimer Square.

Location: the hotel was just next door to christchurch for the first time, New Zealand and restaurants, shops and the central business district in general. Units with an amazing spa bathroom.

Booked a room with an amazing spa bathroom. The location was marvellous and easy, a 10-15 minute walk from Victoria Street.

Best thing was the continental breakfast with toast, fruit. Good beds and a storage, separate lounge, and fast wifi.

Last time I stopped, had very well decorated room with 2 bedrooms. Extra facilities such as a microwave, coffee/tea making machines, and a fridge where really useful. The breakfast was adequate, the check in was early.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional and the hotel facilities were a bonus. We appreciated the parking and transportation options, as well as the convenient location near the city center. The dining options in all areas were plentiful and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Great apartments. All the equipment and amenities are brand new, Large tvs in every room, spa bath and very helpful staff. We even stayed here again for one night on our way back. And hotel is just 10 minutes walk from city center.

The space and location was perfect for our stay.

The hotel had complementary laundry facilities and the staff were welcoming and prompt. The room was well-equipped with complementary cookies and milk, and wifi worked well. Its location was good for exploring the surrounding area and for accessing public transport.

The hotel was located on a busy road, resulting in consistent traffic noise. The room was small and cramped, with limited kitchen facilities.

During my recent travel to Christchurch, I stayed at Terra Vive Suites & Apartments solely for transit purposes. The hotel's proximity to the nearest airport, just 9 km away, was incredibly convenient. It made my stay hassle-free, allowing me to quickly get to and from the airport without any issues. I appreciated that the city center of Christchurch was also just 10 km away, making it easily accessible if I wanted to explore the area.

The room I stayed in had a dated 1970s decor, featuring dark brown/orange colors that made the space feel quite dark.

We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome basket and the spaciousness of the room, complete with its own outdoor space. The amenities, including the modern washing machine and dryer, were a helpful addition. The location was convenient for enjoying food and entertainment in town.

Felt right at home, no complaints whatsoever.

The rooms are outstanding and the hotel is perfectly located close to the city centre and restaurants.

We had a spa bath which was very luxurious!! Also enjoyed the plasma tv and DVD selection.

We arrived the day after June 13th earthquake, so nothing was opened. The city was all blocked off which was a shame as the Hotel was close by. There was still aftershocks from the quake so little bit of shaking during the night. Also very small selection of restaurants or cafes, again everything has been temporarily closed.
